Verint does offer several live sessions that one can sign up for, usually through an organization.

The recommended courses for individuals who are new include:

Solutions MGT 101

Solutions MGT 102

Digital Workplace MGT 101

Digital Workplace MGT 102

Hello Karen! There are several online resources that you can show your team about the widgets in Verint.

There is a whole video section within their university that can be accessed here: https://community.telligent.com/community/12/a/user-documentation

There is also several articles/ how-to's on widgets that can be found here: https://community.telligent.com/community/12/a/user-documentation/c/article-collections
