Hello Yuan!

To reset your Verint password if you are NOT logged in simply click on forgot password and enter the email address associated with your account.

Then go to your email and in your inbox should be an email with a link that says "reset password".

Enter in your new password.

Hello! I am having trouble opening the Magnolia site on my apple computer. I am using Safari as a web browser. Any support would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Sara! If you are using a Mac be sure to use a browser besides safari. Safari does not typically work well with supporting ouor platform. If you need further assistance feel free to reach out again!

Hello Jane!

Make sure you are on the correct website as well as the latest updated browser. Also please make sure you are either connected to Wifi.

If that is not the issue we recommend logging out your account and reopening.

If that does not work we suggest clearing your internet history, passwords, and cache.

If that does not work the next recommendation is to try an incognito tab.

If none of this works, please contact Verint support.
