As we round the corner toward the end of the year, I want to address the company’s approach to the holiday season.  Who would have imagined back in March that we’d still be living in a world dominated by a global pandemic?  Given the current environment and restrictions, we will not be holding in-person holiday parties.  I share the disappointment I know many of you feel as we look forward to getting together with colleagues during the holiday season.

We do encourage our offices to organize the normal activities in which they participate such as Toys-for-Tots or local canned food drives.  Now, more than ever, the holiday season will see many of our local communities in need.

To that end, to support the effort we as employees can take, our company will provide each employee the opportunity to direct a company donation of $500 to one of our local nonprofit partners

The Local Community Impact (LCI) team is identifying a list of approved and properly vetted organizations to which you will be able to direct your donation.  Details and more instructions will follow in November.

While this will not make up for the boost each of us get from seeing and visiting with our work families at the holidays, we believe this will help other families have a better holiday season.
