So our company has the following for a paid time off policy. 

Vacation Days: 13 days per year with a 3 week notice

Sick Days: 5 days a year, no notice needed

Holidays: 15 days per year with a 2 week notice 

Vacation Days: 6 days a year with a 3 week notice
