Make sure you are on the correct website as well as the latest updated browser. Also please make sure you are either connected to Wifi.
If that is not the issue we recommend logging out your account and reopening.
If that does not work we suggest clearing your internet history, passwords, and cache.
If that does not work the next recommendation is to try an incognito tab.
If none of this works, please contact Verint support.
